My clinic gave me the go-ahead to mix Menopur with Cetrotide. Stimulation started on CD4 and CD6 for each of my ER. Cetrotide doesn’t really burn, that’s menopur, but it’s common to cause a rash. The needles ARE a little larger than my other injection needs and it does hurt but I haven't had any sort of bruising. It makes sense taking cetrotide so that you don’t ovulate before the ER. TI is not an option as I learned, because I had taken 3 doses of the Cetrotide (the antagonist), which would mean my body will not produce enough LH hormone to support the luteal phase.
